Refund policy

At LEHJA OFFICIAL, your comfort and satisfaction are important to us. We ensure every product is carefully inspected before dispatch. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we have the following return policy.

Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, bras, panties, lingerie, shapewear, and other intimate apparel cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered.

We only accept returns if:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • An item is missing from your order.

Return Request

If your order qualifies, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Please include:

  • Order Number
  • Your Name
  • Photos or a short video showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Requests made after 48 hours may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we verify the issue, you may receive one of the following:

  • Full refund
  • Replacement product
  • Store credit (where applicable)

Approved refunds will be processed within 5โ€“7 business days using the original payment method or bank transfer.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges due to:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Color preference
  • Personal preference

Please refer to our Size Guide before placing your order.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
